 Available: All year.
 Texture: Plump and juicy.
 Flavour: Initially briny. Then nutty and woody, followed by lemon and citrus.A dull metalic finish.




Jersey Rock Oyster Name: Jersey Pacific (Rock) Oysters
 Location: Royal Bay of Grouville, Grouville, Jersey, Channel Islands.
 Available: All year.
 Texture: Plump and silky.
 Flavour: Initially briny. Then freshly cut grass, followed by sweet red apple. A mild cucumber finish.
