Fal Oysters & Shellfish Selection Box
Fal Wild Pacific and Native* Oysters and Fal Mussels are wild and harvested from the Fal River, Falmouth, Cornwall, England.
Scallops and Palourde Clams are cultivated and harvested from waters around South Devon, England.
*Fal Native Oysters are seasonal and available from October to March each year. Native Oysters are subject to availability.
Minimum order applies
Either 24 oysters, or 4kg other shellfish, or 18 oysters and 1kg other shellfish.
Freshest shellfish possible
Fal Oysters and Mussels, and Devon Scallops and Palourde Clams remain in their own local waters from seed until market size.
Once harvested, these shellfish are cleaned and purified in filtered natural seawater, packed live to order in a box and dispatched the same day by the shellfish farms' depuration and dispatch centre (Monday to Thursday), for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Tuesday to Friday).
