Live shellfish - oysters, scallops, clams, cockles and mussels
All oysters, scallops, clams, cockles, and mussels are responsibly and sustainably harvested by licensed oyster/shellfish farms and fisheries in the UK and Channel Islands.
Once landed, these shellfish are cleaned and purified at the oyster/shellfish farms and fisheries' depuration centres in natural seawater for a minimum of 42 hours in accordance with UK and EU food, health and safety laws.
For absolute freshness, these shellfish are packed live to order in boxes by the oyster/shellfish farms and fisheries' dispatch centres (Monday to Thursday), for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Tuesday to Friday).
Our oysters and other shellfish are authentic, with full traceability - from the oyster/shellfish beds to our clients' addresses.
Pacific and Kumamoto Oysters are available all year.
Native Oysters are seasonal and available from 1 September to 30 April each year.
Clams, cockles, mussels and scallops are seasonal.

Fresh smoked fish
Fish and shellfish (prawns) are responsibly and sustainably fished by licensed fisheries in the UK.
Once landed, fish and prawns are prepared, seasoned, and expertly smoked for about 24 hours over a blend of oak and beech wood by master smokers at the smokery.
For absolute freshness, smoked fish and prawns are packed fresh to order in vacuum-sealed packs by the smokery (Monday to Thursday), for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Tuesday to Friday).
