For professional oyster shuckers and chefs (and other professional seafood and meat workers), the Honeywell Chainexpert Chainmail Oyster Glove is made of superior AISI 316K Stainless Steel; and is entirely hypoallergenic, with no risk of cross contamination from the stainless steel wrist strap. It incorporates metal and plastic labels for user identification.
The Chainexpert Chainmail Oyster Glove can be to shuck oysters; or debone, cut or fillet meat, poultry, fish and shellfish.

Quality and durability
The Chainmail is made of AISI 316L Stainless Steel. A hard metal that provides superior resistant to corrosion.
The wrist strap is made of hygienic stainless steel, with a concertina-style wrist strap. The wrist strap mechanism self-adjusts to fit any wrist size, and ensures that the chainmail does not slip down the wearer's hand when in use.
Incorporates metal and plastic labels for user identification.
Glove is reversible, and can be worn by the right hand or left hand.
Available in seven sizes from XXS to XXL.
Dimensions: Diameter of rings, internal 0.5 mm, external 4mm.
To clean, hand wash in warm soapy water.
