How to Order

We accept orders for seafood up to four weeks in advance of delivery. All seafood is packed fresh to order (see below) with delivery to addresses in mainland UK, Tuesday to Friday.

How to order seafood
1. Click on any Seafood 'Product' page and see the 'Other Products' shown at the bottom of the page. This is important, as this shows all products available from that same producer/dispatch centre, and only one courier fee applies.

Note: One courier fee applies per producer/dispatch centre.

2. Select seafood and click 'Add to Cart'.

3. Click on 'View Cart' to review/amend your selected seafood, and estimate courier fee.

4. Click on 'Checkout' to complete your order and delivery details; choose your preferred delivery date. Then, make payment by debit/credit card, or by PayPal.

Once we've received your order, we'll email you to confirm we've received your completed order. After your payment has been processed, we'll send you an email to confirm we've processed your order. We'll keep you informed by email until your order has been delivered.

Seafood packed fresh to order
All seafood is packed fresh to order by our oyster and shellfish farms, fisheries and smokery on the day before our clients' requested delivery date; and then delivered to our clients' addresses by reliable couriers the next day to arrive on our clients' requested delivery date.

Our clients receive the freshest and finest seafood possible, direct from the source.

How to order knives and utensils
We accept orders for knives and utensils with delivery to addresses in the UK and worldwide.

Note: Knives are not for sale to anyone under 18 years of age.

To order knives and utensils, follow the same order process as above.

Orders for knives and utensils that have been received by us before 1pm Monday to Friday will usually be packed and dispatched by us the same day. Orders received after 1pm will usually be dispatched the next business day. Knives and utensils are delivered by Royal Mail, or courier to addresses in the UK and overseas.
