ORDER AND DELIVERY
Order oysters and smoked fish now for Mother's Day. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday inclusive. Our last delivery date before Mother's Day is Friday 28 March. If possible, please book delivery for Thursday 27 March - that way if delivery cannot be made by the courier for some reason on Thursday, it will be made on Friday. Pacific Oysters and Smoked Fish will remain fresh and fine to consume for 7 days from delivery, and Native Oysters will remain fresh for 5 days from delivery, so will be perfect for Mother's Day. Please select your preferred delivery date at Checkout. Our couriers deliver to addresses in mainland UK, but not the Scottish Highlands.

Freshest Oysters & Seafood Possible: Our oysters & other seafood are packed to order by our shellfish farms/fisheries and smokery, for next day delivery direct to your address in mainland UK. This is why our seafood is the freshest seafood possible - direct from the source to your address.

All oysters and smoked fish are booked under a By 4pm courier service: Delivery is usually made between 8am and 4pm (or rare occasions by 6pm or later) on the scheduled delivery day. On very rare occasions delivery made be the next day.

Order seafood 1 day in advance: We recommend you select your delivery date for live shellfish and/or smoked fish one day in advance. For example, if you would like your parcel delivered on Friday, then please select Thursday as your scheduled delivery date. This means your parcel should be delivered on Thursday, or on very rare occasions on Friday.

Delivery updates and how to store seafood: On the day prior to your selected delivery date, we email you the courier consignment details, so you can obtain an ETA and any updates from the courier's website on the day of delivery. Upon receipt of delivery, store oysters and other seafood in the fridge. Oyster knives and other utensils are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
