simplyshuck Oyster Trays
simplyshuck Oyster Tray
The BIGGEST frustration with oysters, is that once the oysters have been shucked and placed on a tray, the oysters' cupped (bottom) shells wobble about or tip over. As a result, the oysters' liquor and any added toppings often spill over and out of their shells.
At Simply Oysters, we created our own innovative simplyshuck Oyster Trays to prepare, cook and serve shucked oysters in their half shells - wobble-free!
Trusted and used by oyster bars, restaurants, and consumers worldwide.
Surfaces of the trays incorporate unique holes to hold oysters' cupped shells level, stable, and wobble-free.
Trays are polished, with a mirror-like finish. The surface of the trays reflect the oysters' cupped shells onto the surface of the tray - to resemble a rock pool.
Trays are made from one solid sheet of of European Stainless Steel. A hard metal that won't bend, twist or break.
Trays are easy to hold and carry.
Oven and BBQ safe.
