Fal Wild Pacific Oysters (S-XXL)
Fal Wild Pacific Oysters are sustainably fished from sub-tidal waters at the River Fal Estuary, Falmouth, Cornwall, England.
Fal Wild Pacific Oysters are wild and develop to market size on the seabed. These oysters are unique and irregular and as such may vary in appearance, and the oyster meat may have a light-green tinge as the oysters naturally accumulate copper (the River Fal contains more copper than other fisheries). All oysters have a natural tendency to accumulate zinc and copper, which is one of the reasons why the oyster is considered one of the top superfoods by nutritionists.
Available in sizes XS to XXXL (Jumbo).
Also available: Fal Native Oysters or Cornish Native Oysters.
