Shortly after we receive your order, we'll email the Gift Voucher for Smoked Salmon* to you. If the voucher is a present for someone else, then once you receive the voucher you can email it, or print and hand it to your recipient. It's that easy!

How to redeem voucher
When ready, the recipient emails us with their voucher code. Then, we contact the recipient to confirm their order and delivery details as well as their preferred delivery date - so that the box of fresh Smoked Salmon arrive on the day that suits them.

Smokehouse process
Once landed, fresh salmon are prepared, salted and seasoned with secret ingredients, and expertly smoked over oak and beech wood for about 24 hours by master smokers at our smokery. After that, Smoked Salmon are removed from the oven to cool.

Our clients receive the freshest and finest smoked salmon possible, on the date that suits them.

Packed fresh
Smoked Salmon are packed fresh to order in vacuum-sealed packs by the smokery (Monday to Thursday), for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Tuesday to Friday).

Store and consume
For the freshest and best flavour, store Smoked Salmon in the fridge for up to 10 days from delivery. Once pack is open consume within two days. Refer to storage instructions and use by date on pack.
