OYSTERS & SMOKED FISH FOR CHRISTMAS 2025

Order oysters and/or smoked fish now for Christmas. Our last delivery date before Christmas is on Tuesday 23 December 2025. Delivery is usually made between 8am and 6pm or later on the scheduled delivery day. On rare occasions delivery may be made the next day. Oysters and smoked fish will remain fresh and fine to consume for 5-7 days from delivery, so will be perfect for Christmas Day. Our couriers deliver to addresses in mainland UK, but only as far north as Greater Glasgow and Greater Edinburgh.

OYSTERS ONLY FOR NEW YEAR 2026

Order oysters now for New Year's Day. Our first delivery date after Christmas is on Tuesday 30 December 2025. Delivery is usually made between 8am and 6pm or later on the scheduled delivery day. On rare occasions delivery may be made the next day. Oysters will remain fresh and fine to consume for 5-7 days from delivery, so will be perfect for New Year's Day. Note: We will have oysters - but not smoked fish - available for delivery on Tuesday 30 December. Our couriers deliver to addresses in mainland UK, but only as far north as Greater Glasgow and Greater Edinburgh.

Our first delivery date after New Year's Day is on Tuesday 6 January 2026 onwards (i.e. Tuesday to Friday each week).

Christmas Delivery: All oysters will be packed live and smoked fish packed fresh to order and dispatched by the oyster farms and smokery on Monday 22 December, and booked under next day delivery on Tuesday 23 December. Please note that all couriers will be very busy and on rare occasions parcels can be delayed by the couriers, so delivery may be made the next day on Wednesday 24 December. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can specify a safe place at Checkout under 'Order Notes' (for example: If out leave parcel in porch, at side of house etc). Whether delivered on 23 or 24 December, oysters and smoked fish will remain fresh to consume for Christmas Day.

New Year Delivery: All oysters will be packed live to order and dispatched by the oyster farms on Monday 29 December, and booked under next day delivery on Tuesday 30 December. We will not have any smoked fish available. Please note that all couriers will be very busy and on rare occasions parcels can be delayed by the couriers, so delivery may be made the next day on Wednesday 31 December. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can specify a safe place at Checkout under 'Order Notes' (for example: If out leave parcel in porch, at side of house etc). Whether delivered on 30 or 31 December, oysters will remain fresh to consume for New Year's Day.

Please order oysters and/or other seafood as early as possible, and book your delivery date at Checkout.

Courier consignment details and how to store seafood:

On the day prior to your scheduled delivery date, we email you the courier consignment details for your parcel. Please use these details to visit the courier's website to track the status of delivery. Your parcel should be delivered on your scheduled delivery date, or on rare occasions the next business day. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact your local delivery depot as they will only discuss delivery with the recipient of the parcel for confidentiality reasons. If you would like to collect your parcel from your local courier depot, please make these arrangements with your local delivery depot. Please note, you will need to take your consignment number and photo ID. Upon receipt of delivery, store oysters and other seafood in the fridge.
