Poole Shellfish Selection Box
Poole Pacific and Native* Oysters, Palourde Clams, Cockles and Mussels are cultivated and harvested from Poole Harbour, Poole, Dorset, England.
*Native Oysters are seasonal and available from September/October to March/April each year. Native Oysters are subject to availability.
Minimum order applies
Either 24 oysters, or 2kg clams/cockles, or 12 oysters and 1kg clams/cockles.
Freshest shellfish possible
Poole Oysters, Palourde Clams, Cockles and Mussels remain in their own local waters from seed until market size.
Once harvested, these shellfish are cleaned, purified in natural seawater, and packed live to order in boxes at the shellfish farms' depuration and dispatch centre (Monday to Thursday), for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Tuesday to Friday).
Store and consume
