Live Scallops: Wild Hand-Dived Scallops (M-XL) and Farmed Scallops (M)
Wild scallops develop to market size on the seabed in waters around the UK and are collected by hand from the seabed by scallop divers.
Farmed scallops develop to market size in lantern nets suspended to longline systems in waters around South Devon England, and are collected by hand by scallop farmers.
Scallops are packed whole and live to order by our shellfish fishery for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK.
Note: Scallops are available for delivery on Thursday and Friday only.
Scallops can be pan-fried, grilled or steamed. Once cooked, scallops have a firm texture with a sweet and delicate flavour.
We do not supply shucked scallops or frozen scallops, or imported scallops from outside the UK.

Freshest scallops possible
Wild and farmed scallops remain in UK waters from seed until market size (takes 3 to 5 years).
Once harvested, these scallops are cleaned, purified in natural seawater, and packed live to order by the scallop fishery/farm's depuration and dispatch centre (Wednesday to Thursday) for next day courier delivery to our clients' addresses in mainland UK (Thursday to Friday).
Store and consume
For the freshest and best flavour, store live scallops in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days from delivery. Scallops must be cooked prior to consumption.
